The Fox River Water Reclamation District
(FRWRD) provides wastewater treatment to over 150,000 people
within the communities of Elgin, South Elgin, West Dundee,
and portions of Sleepy Hollow, Streamwood, Hoffman Estates
and unincorporated St. Charles township, in northeastern Illinois.
